My business days are Monday- Friday, excluding federal holidays. Weekend and federal holidays can often be accommodated for an additional fee. Please email me for pricing and availability.
Transcripts must be received by 2 p.m. (PST) to count for that business day.
Rates are based on 25 lines per transcript page.

New clients will be invoiced upon completion of first job. Returning clients will be invoiced on the 1st and 15th of every month.
Payment is expected within 15 days of receipt of invoice. I accept Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, and personal checks. A $25.00 fee will be charged on returned checks.
No new jobs will be accepted on accounts with past due invoices of over 15 days.
